Hello, each time you print, a "basket full" error message appears,
the capacity of the output tray has been reached. Remove the paper from the tray to continue printing.
Just lightly pull the sheet and the message disappears. What could this be due to?

Well, i solved the problem...

Go the printer setting menu  and just disabled output tray sensor :).

I made these checks but nothing helped... for information, the paper comes completely out of the printer rollers but this message appears all the same. what is curious is that when I remove the sheet from the receptacle, printing resumes immediately. The question is: is there a paper out sensor on this printer

Well, i solved the problem...

Go the printer setting menu  and just disabled output tray sensor :).
