Trying to print a document from my iPhone to HP Smart Tank 6001.  Document jams because it’s attempting to print it double sided.  How do I change the default printing to single sided?

Hello,

To change the default printing to single-sided on your HP Smart Tank 6001, follow these steps:

  1. Open HP Smart App: Launch the HP Smart app on your iPhone.

  2. Printer Settings: Go to the settings for your HP Smart Tank 6001.

  3. Duplex Printing: Look for the option related to duplex or double-sided printing.

  4. Disable Duplex Printing: Turn off the duplex printing option to set single-sided printing as the default.
