I am trying to print card stock in my HP laserjet pro M255dw. In prior laserjet I owned card stock, albeit requiring single feeding, it would pass from front feeder straight through to a back outlet. On this one, the cardstock appears not to have a back outlet and requires the heavy card stock to use the rollers. 100% paper jam every time. I specifically bought the printer because it would print card stock. Have yet to be successful. Have only been able to use it for custom soft papers. What do I need to know?

That printer model doesn't support cardstock, max recommended paper weight is 43lb, everything heavier that that will jam.
