I am trying to print on postcards 5.5" X3.5" and the printer is not able to grab the card and print

Hi, 

I have Microsoft 365, purchased in 2019. 

I have a HP officejet pro 9015.

I am trying to print on postcards that are 5.5"X 3.5".

The printer does not seem to be able to find the cards, pull the cards off of the stack of cards, and print them.

I do get paper jam messages, and load paper, or load envelope.

I have a wireless connection to the internet.

Have you ever been able to print these cards? If yes and it stopped working well, then likely the pickup rollers in the printer are either dirty or worn, you can try cleaning them with a water dampened lint free cloth and then let them dry out and try again.

I think you for your suggestion. I am not too sure where or what the pickup rollers are but I will look; and I will clean them.  If they are worn, I will contact HP to buy new ones.
