I am unable to print on postcards for work. I fed them into tray one all of the settings are correct. It will feed but then gets stuck in the back of the printer before it gets to the actual printing part. I don't think that those rollers are close enough to grab the card? Does anyone know of a work around? I have to use these specific cards so I can't just use a different one.

You failed to mention the size of the cards. If they are smaller than supported media there is no fix. Are you feeding long edge first or short edge first? Try rotating the paper 90 degrees if you are currently feeding long edge first.
