Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdn

I was trying to printer on some 110 lb cover stock but the printer was unable to pull it from the bottom tray. I removed the card stock (it was fully intact with zero damage) and tried again from the manual feed tray. The paper jam error is still coming back and I am not longer able to print. How can I "force clear" this in correct error?

It's also telling me that all paper trays are empty, which they are not.
