Hi @Raquenell,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear about your paper jam issue with your HP ENVY 6452e printer. When dealing with paper jams, it's essential to be cautious to avoid damaging any parts of the printer further. Here are some general steps you can follow to try to put the parts back together.

  • Power off the printer: Before attempting to reassemble anything, make sure the printer is powered off and unplugged from the power source to prevent any electrical accidents.
  • Refer to the User Manual: The user manual for your HP ENVY 6452e printer should have instructions on how to properly remove and reassemble components, including dealing with paper jams. If you still have the manual, refer to the section on paper jams for guidance.
  • Inspect for any damage: Carefully inspect the printer components that were involved in the paper jam. Look for any signs of damage or misalignment. If you notice any damage, it's crucial to address it before attempting to reassemble the printer.
  • Follow the reverse steps: Try to remember the steps you took to remove the paper jam. In general, you'll want to reverse those steps to put the printer back together. Pay close attention to how each component fits together and ensure everything is properly aligned.
  • Take your time: Reassembling the printer may require patience and precision. Take your time to ensure each part is correctly positioned before moving on to the next step.

Remember to be gentle when handling the components to avoid causing any additional damage.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
