HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have 2 HP6978 Officejet printers that are having problems printing. (I know they are old) One has error code 0x610004a the other error code is 0xc19a00013.Both started at the same time. How to locate the latest update and possibly remove it. All the troubleshooting suggestions have been followed. Thank you.
