Product: HP Photosmart C4480 All-in-One Printer

repeated paper jam messages.  Paper feeds halfway thru, then stops with jam message.  Check and no paper.  Press OK button and paper moves thru no problem.  BUT, another piece of paper starts to feed thru and same jam message.  This will repeat as long as I let it.  Tried hard restart - no luck.  Any Ideas?

HP Recommended

Open the cartridge access door. Look in the interior of the printer's right side for a broken plastic tab. If that pointy part is broken you are out of luck.
