Product: HP ENVY 5532 e-All-in-One Printer
I have an HP Envy 5532 e-All-In-One printer. I am getting a False Paper Jam recurrent message since replacing black printer ink and had some difficullty to perform alignment (finally managed alignment). I have checked for paper jam. I have performed all the recommended shut down, checked wheels, carriages and restart options several times. There was no sign of any paper jam at any time. The printer can print a Printer Status Report quite happily but if I try to print one of my own documents or emails then it keeps showing a false Paper Jam message and won't print.
