This HP Office Jet Pro 9018 printer was purchased 2/21. It hasn't had a lot of use. Ever since we updated the CC for the auto pay on the ink program it hasn't been able to print. The error says "The print carriage cannot move. Open the cartridge access door, clear and paper jam or obstruction and select ok." There is no paper jam. Nothing is visibly blocking it from moving. Just figured out that the 3 small cartridges will not stay 'pushed' in. Why would this happen? Is it garbage?
Note - I have a second printer, same model that we use in another in home office.
Any ideas on what I can do would be appreciated.
