Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Chrome OS

I got a paper jam and it would not pull out so easily so I followed the video instructions by opening the front access door, opened the scanner/top part and now I'm looking at the glass of the scanner.  I attempt to open this access door where the scanner glass is housed and it does not open.  The video hints at there being a button or a lever to push or flip, but I found no such item in there.  It just won't open.  You can't call and talk to anyone.  That would be too easy
