Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a paper jam inside the printer but cannot see a way to open the machine. My printer does not match the illustrations for opening the back of the machine.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting a paper jam error on the printer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
