Product: HP ENVY Photo 7134 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have an HP Envy 7134 printer. The paper is jamming repeatedly, the same way each time. The paper goe thru unprinted, except a triangle of paper at the bottom left. When I pull out, there is a lot of tension on the right hand side, while there is less on the left hand side.
I have followed the virtual assistant's roller cleaning procedure in HP Smart, but to little effect. None of the white rollers seem to turn at all.
