Product: HP OfficeJet 5255 All-in-One Printer

I have an HP Officejet 5255.  The error message displayed says clear jam in paper path door.  There is no jam.  I have followed every step with turning it off, cleaning all the wheels, opening all 3 areas to see if there is any little piece of something. There is nothing.  Do I have to throw this thing out?  It is only a few years old.
