I have one document that causes a paper jam and printer reset. Seriously, no other document that I try to print causes this problem. I know it sounds strange - how could a document cause a paper jam? Well, it does. I've tried many many times to print this document and every single time it causes my printer to jam and then resets itself. When I pull out the jam, it's partially printed the second page (smeared), but the first page is nowhere to be found.
This is absolutely crazy. I am hoping that a) someone has had this problem before and knows how to fix it, and b) someone can explain to me how a pdf could cause my printer to jam and then reset. As far as I can tell, there's nothing wrong with the pdf. I can view it on my computer in Preview, but it is the ONLY document that I have not been able to print. This leads me to think that there's something about that document that is causing the printer to do that. How could that be?
Someone please help. I will happily provide the pdf in question. It is the help document for a product named, "Sequence Diagram" (https://macsequencediagram.com/).
This whole saga started just as a nuisance when trying to print out this document, but now, I'm obsessed with trying to figure out why this particular document causes my printer to jam and reset -- it's just so weird.
Any help or advice will be appreciated!

Updates -
Add "Page Range"
Add Adobe Reader DC Print menu sample - Windows
The webpage seems to include a lot of data that might need to be translated into printer language by the printer.
When a printer cannot translate the data it receives, all sorts of (weird, odd, bad) things can happen.
I know "zip" about Laser printers in general less about what they support in terms of printer language translation.
Add a complete lack of access to anything "MacOS"...
I have Windows and a couple of Linux installations.
If it is supported, printing the saved PDF file as an Image might work -- Image printing does not have to be translated.
Save the webpage content as a PDF file on your Mac.
Open the PDF in (for example, in the MacOS equivalent of) Adobe Reader DC
If your Mac version of the program includes the feature, print the saved PDF file as an image / picture.
What else?
You can also try using the Page Range Feature to print 1 page at a time.
Page Range won't help translation errors, if the actual underlying cause of the problem is "something else" printing one page at a time might slow things down or otherwise settle the job.
For example, Open the file, Print 1 page - wait - print Page 2 - and so on.
Not useful for duplex printing, of course...
