Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a 9010 series printer. The paper tray is broken. I need a replacement. How can I get one? I can't even find  it using the serial number!

Indeed, it appears a bit tricky to pinpoint exact compatible parts purchase options for your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer (1G5L3AR).

Do you mean the output tray (p/n: 1KR42-60073) or the input tray (p/n: 1KR42-60027)?

 

Please take a very careful look at these eBay product links, and ascertain if they/it are/is identical to what it is you want to replace:
