I have been trying to print cardstock and the rollers were not pushing the cards all the way out - getting stuck right before coming out of the machine. I saw that the roller bar was not in full contact with the other part on the right side. Seemed odd. Investigated and it seemed loose but I am not sure if it is broken. Plain paper was working fine. But a few days later now plain paper is folding at the top left corner...maybe an new problem because the roller is not operating properly? I'm not sure it is even called a roller, but it is the metal bar I am pointing to in the picture.
