HP Recommended

I was considering purchasing a HP smart tank printer, however I have read alot of bad reviews about them. Everything form paper jams to poor print quality to connection problems. Anyone know what’s going on with these issues?  Should I wait to purchase and hopefully the issues will be corrected

HP Recommended

For every negative there are likely 50 satisfied users. People rarely post when things are working. In my experience with printers in general 80% of paper feed and other issues are users not following recommended instructions including supported types of paper, settings on printer and driver and have nothing to do with faults in the product itself.
