Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

This is not a paper jam.  This is a design flaw.  The paper tray is impossible to open.  I own TWO of these printers and the problem exists with BOTH.  I have to change paper from letter head to plain to envelopes constantly and this makes it extremely difficult.  WHAT IS WRONG with the tray?!  It opens just slightly and then "catches".

Yes, that printer model's paper tray doesn't fully get out.
