I keep having issues with messages saying paper jam when there isn't any paper jam.  I've done everything I can (cleaning rollers, etc. to correct the problem.  If I try to print even though its giving me that message, after 2-3 tries, it will print.   I do wonder though, if the paper in photo above should stay up like you see on the left side or if something is wrong with the paper tray.  I can lock it down, but it doesn't stay that way.
