HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 All-in-One Printer

Product Name: HP OfficeJet Pro 8720; Control Panel Error As - "Paper Problem -- HP Smart Error Indicator as "Paper Jam or Tray Problem" -- I have checked all possible areas in the printer for any  paper jam, but there is none.   It is apparently a "False Paper Jam" issue.  Is there any way of fixing this without taking the printer to a service center?  I have also tried the power down and reset processes, but still gets the control panel message of "Paper Problem" and will not print.

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, this could be hardware.
