Product: HP OfficeJet 8710
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to print 80 lb card stock. I'm getting jams at the back of the printer. If I read my documentation correctly it should handle 110 lb. I did set the paper type to thick. Any suggestions?

HP Recommended

The printer doesn't support cardstock, it can print up to 29lb for plain paper.

The documentation for paper handling is 110lb for cards not for cardstock. The card and cardstock are two different papers.
