Jams during duplex

Android 13 fully updated on a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G also fully updated.

When I print using duplex most often it will jam on the first page.  About 50% of the time I will get a Blue Screen with an error code typically B8000000 is the only thing that shows.  I power off the printer and unplug it. Remove any jammed paper and power it back on.  I try again from the beginning. Bring up the page in Firefox or app that I had been in.  Try to print duplex again and again it will jam.  I am able to print it without using the duplex feature. 

I have been a computer-network tech since 1995.  I am not as savy with smartphones as I am with computers. 

My phone is using the wireless network, the printer is plugged into the router using Cat6.  I have tried both using wifi and I am getting the same results.

I face the same issue. Received the printer today (new bought), updated firmware and printing from mobile with duplex jams and error code b8000000 occurs... several times... w/o duplex it works as expected...
