- Just setting up my new printer when I get a jammed message

Before the first job to print out the alignment page I got the jammed message. No paper had been taken up by the printer. I unloaded the paper, turned off the printer, unplugged it and waited 60 seconds. Then reversed the order. Still got the automatic jammed message.
