HP LaserJet 1020 Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone! Andrea here, thanks for your help in advance. I have an old Laserjet 1020 on Windows 10 64bit, it works fine except for the following issue.

Each time I need to print something (one or more pages), I have to hold down the paper on the tray because the printer wants to eat paper too soon.

If I dont hold it down it takes paper too soon and then it gets jammed, so it can't continue pinting.

I have become an expert at knowing when to let it get another paper so that it can keep printing "normally".

It is obviously vey annoying to have to be so involved while printing, especially when its multiple pages long.

I hope you can help me!

Thanks!
