Someone else posted this exact same issue over a year ago and describes my issue to a T.

The black huge piece of plastic has two hooks where each tray locks.

The hook for Tray 2 has broken off.  Oddly, another poster had the EXACT issue last year.

Is that black plastic part of the frame or is there a separate part number?

Suggest you find the service manual from one of the many online sites that offer them. Finding the part will likely be more difficult than the manual.

Thanks for ChrisMN1 for his question, I was able to remove the PIU and attempt a two part epoxy repair for a broken Tray 2 tab.

However, there's a mysterious white part that was loose inside the black plastic casing.

Can anyone tell me how to find out where it goes and how to put it back in?  Do I have to totally disassemble the black housing?

Thanks to ChrisMN, I was able to remove the PIU and attempt repair, however, mystery white part was inside cavity.
