Printer displays jam in print paper path - I have followed all the recommendation but still cannot clear it. There is no paper jam and I have tried unplugging etc but nothing works - please help

Shut off the printer, turn it back on. If the error comes up immediately then you have either a jammed flag or broken flag on a sensor. If the error does not appear until you try to print then it could be that the printer is not picking up the paper.
