My LaserJet Pro 4001n has stopped printing the second side of the paper.  It did when I first got it.  When I click on print 2 sided, it still spits out 2 pages.

Help! - Do I need to uninstall and re-install?

LaserJet Pro 4001n  can't automatically print on both sides.

I realize that you must choose to print 2 -sided when printing - and that it does not do it automatically. When I choose 2 sided, it no longer prints on the same page.  It DID used to print both sides when selected.  Now it does not.  Do I need to uninstall and reinstall?
