HP LaserJet Pro 400 color Printer M451dw

When I want to print multi-page documents (A4) from tray 2 with the LaserJet Pro 400 Color, the 2nd page remains in the tray and the message "Jam in tray 2" appears. Single-page documents print easily. Does anyone have an idea why this is and how I can solve the problem?

My post contains a German and an English version. This way, German-speaking users like me, who have only limited English skills, can understand my query and perhaps even answer it. (It's a shame that HP has closed the German forum.)

I am having the same problem with a paper jam in tray 2 whenever I try to print more than 1 document. HP needs to answer us, this is so wasteful of time to have to keep un-jamming it.
