Most common cause of this type of error on this printer is called a fuser wrap jam. this happens when a document sticks to the heating element and the paper is wrapped around the fuser. Nearly impossible to detect without removing the fuser from the printer. You tube has numerous videos on how to remove the fuser. If you do find a wrapped paper, it is an exercise in extreme caution and patience to remove it as any misguided tools can result in damage to the rollers, effectively destroying the fuser.
