LaserJet M602dn Jams  near the exit assembly when printing from Tray 2 but is fine on Tray 1 or when duplexer is removed. Device is also picking up a second sheet of paper It appears as though the exit rollers do not turn when printing from Tray 2 unless the duplexer unit is removed.  All sensor tests are passing. Fuser Assembly and DC Controller have been replaced.

We were getting various 13.xx errors. which is why we were testing sensors.

After replacement or the Fusing Assy and DC Controller still resulted in  a no fix, my technician went back to square one and started over again. On a second round of sensor testing he found PS102 was very touchy and intermittent.  Replacement of the Paper feed assembly has corrected this issue completely.

Thank you for your attention.
