Laserjet M806 M830

We have a couple M806 and M830 printers here, with finishers for stapling and stacking. They have frequently had problems with stacking, since the initial setup. This is demonstrated in the video linked here:

https://lsu.box.com/s/h60pvc8uhecee7yo338t0nuxehb8kzhv

There are not many suggestions 'on the internet' for a problem like this. Also, the rollers used in the finisher for retracting the paper are not sold as a supply item (like other rollers are), as far as I can tell, so they cannot be replaced.

I've tried different paper, the different speed settings and humidity settings on the printer setup, cleaning the rollers, and re-adjusting the finisher's standing angle (the screwed-adjustment on the feet). Cleaning the rollers seems to work for a short time, but I get complaints about faile stacking shortly after

1) Is this a 'known' problem? Is there a solution?
2) Are the output rollers on the finisher sold anywhere as a supply item?
3) Is frequent cleaning of these output rollers a typical requirement of these printer finishers?

That almost looks like a static problem if anything. You need to make sure the unit is properly grounded, make sure that all static fingers in the print path are present and positioned properly. In the video, those fine gray threads are the static fingers for the exit assembly. Check all through the printer to make sure they are all good. We have nearly zero issues with these finishers in high volume client locations so I am not aware of an endemic problem.

Our company as seen this problem regularly over the years. The only reliable fix appears to be replacing the Operation Tray Assembly. Compared to some of the units we've fixed, your skew and overshoot problems are pretty mild - but nevertheless very annoying.
