Hi everyone!
My printer just started doing this. It will print a one-sided page just fine. But if it's a two-sided page, the sheet of paper will start to print, then stop and reverse itself to print the other side. That's when it jams. I've done several attempts, always the same result.
I've taken out the cartridge, looked inside the printer, can't find anything wrong.
Help!
Thanks!

Hello,
Try the below steps..
1. If paper has jammed in the product, clear the jam and then print a configuration page to test the product.
2. Check that the tray is configured for the correct paper size and type on the product control panel. Adjust paper settings if necessary.
- On the product control panel, press or touch the Setup button.
- Open the System Setup menu.
- Open the Paper setup menu.
- Select the tray from the list.
- Select Paper Type and then select the type of paper that is in the tray.
- Select Paper Size and then select the size of paper that is in the tray.
Below document will help you in clearing the paper jam.
Note: at times i have seen that the paper jam can also happen if NON-HP TONER / DRUM is installed.

Jabzi, thank you so much for your rapid response!
I followed your instructions, but no luck, the paper still jams whenever I try to do duplex printing.
Please know the printer still prints single-sided with no problem. It's only when I try duplex printing that the paper reverses direction and gets stuck with about 5 inches / 10 cm sticking out of the slot.
Does that information help any?
Thanks!
