Product: LaserJet Pro
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
MFP M476dw, evelope in tray 1 not detected and get a tray 2 jam/misfeed error msg and a paper feed from tray 2.
It was working before. Is there a tray 1 open and a evelope detection switch not working?

I had this issue with a client's and in their case it was the paper sensor in the tray area that detects paper presence. Labelled SL2 in diagram below. Sadly this device does not have a sensor test so you cannot verify before hand. This sensor is also not available as a part, I had to salvage one from another printer.
