we have an office printer HP color laser jet MFP M283cdw and recently it started groaning and squeeking when it start pullling paper to print. what do i need to "oil or clean" to get it to stop?

For the most part, there are no real maintenance requirements. Most common causes of squeaks and groans are cartridge related. Remove all cartridges and close the door and let the printer cycle. If you get the noise then it is likely the fuser drive or the transfer belt causing the noise and it might be some bit of foreign debris caught in the printer. If you hear no noise,  then install the cartridges 1 at a time, closing the door and waiting for the printer to cycle and then prompt for another cartridge. If the squeak returns when a certain cartridge is installed then that is where your problem is.
