Product: HP Tango X

Somehow, the printer tried to feed multiple pages. They are now stuck. Instructions say to gently pull out, but these are wedged tight and I fear damaging the printer. Can anyone (HP Customer Support?) advise?

 

SOLVED: Because of the thickness of so many sheets of paper, I could push it through enough to then pull the lot out slowly and carefully.
