Depending on the exact wording of the message, most cases when you see this message it is because the paper the print job asks for is not loaded in the printer. For instance, the print job is supposed to print on letter sized, letterhead paper. However your printer is loaded with letter size plain paper. You will then be prompted to load paper into tray 1 (the manual drop down tray) in order to print. Ensure that the paper settings for size and type that are set on the printer, match what is actually loaded and match what print media the driver is asking for when sending a print job.
