Welcome to the HP English Community --
The printer might be in need of maintenance.
For example,
- Clean the printer, including the rollers.
- Follow up with an alignment.
- Make sure the Tray and Paper assignments in EWS are correct for the current job.
- Recheck the job configuration / settings.
- Try different paper - For example, paper might be too dry, too damp, curled, include an unsupported print surface or paper color.
The printer might actually be broken.
This is unlikely but always possible.
Known solutions include the following:
