Welcome to the HP Community --

I don't know if you can have what you want.

Included below are some places to check the specifications, the printer, the paper, and the job configuration.

Ignore what you don't need or don't want...

=======================

1)  Custom Paper Size Forms

What the printer supports

The printer supports various custom paper sizes.

Reference:  Create custom paper sizes

=======================

2)  Printer Software - Full Feature Software

What the software supports

The printer -- with the installation of the Full Feature Software -- supports printing Word documents.

Reference Video:  HP Envy Pro 6455: How to set up printer on Win 10 PC with HP full solution software

Example - Word document - "single face" card

Note that the Paper Size selection is "Index" plus paper size and not just the size of the paper.

=======================

3)  Printer - Specifications

What the printer can do

The printer supports printing on "card paper" - that is, Index paper.

Section Paper Handling

and

Media Weights Supported, By Paper Path (Imperial)Letter: 16 to 24 lb; HP envelopes: 20 to 24 lb; HP cards: up to 53 lb; HP 4 x 6 inch photo paper: up to 80 lb
Media Weights Supported, By Paper Path (metric)A4: 60 to 90 g/m²; HP envelopes: 75 to 90 g/m²; HP cards: up to 200 g/m²; HP 10 x 15 cm photo paper: up to 300 g/m²

=======================

4)  Job Settings

What the software settings can manage

There are frequently limitations for paper sizes, custom paper sizes, and how they can be matched to paper types and other settings (for example, borderless).

Normally, if you hit a hard limit on what the printer supports, for example, when combining, paper size, type, and job settings, the printer will balk, delay, error, or in some way issue a complaint, perhaps in the form of a "conflict" error.

If the conflict or problem is not a known limit, that is, the software does not recognize exactly what is wrong, the job might fail in unexpected ways.

=======================

5)  Printer - Tray and Paper

What the printer recognizes in the printer tray(s)

Custom paper sizes are easy to create and adjust in a supported environment for a supported printer using the supported (and installed) printer software as a foundation.

Not all printers as easily recognize custom paper size of paper loaded in the printer tray.

6)  HP Smart Printing

Auxiliary print queue - where supported / available.

Provided FYI.

If unwanted, unavailable, or inscrutable >> Ignore.

HP Smart Printing is a nice bridge between HP Smart and the Full Feature Printer Software.

HP Smart Printing supports features from both the app and the software.

HP Smart Printing helps to eliminate job set up conflicts by sorting what you can and cannot do with a particular document type, paper size, paper type, printer, and submission criteria.
