Are the two films the same brand? One could have a slicker surface and the pickup rollers are slipping on it or it is too flimsy to feed properly. You do not state model so I cannot confirm if you are out of spec for the printer.

Hi thank you for your reply, I'm thinking there's a sensor at the fuser stopping it going thru, it stops at the same point every time, is there a sensor knowing that the transperansy sheet is to light, for safety or something, many thanks???

I am not aware of a sensor like that that would be able to detect the density of the media, typically if there is a transparency sensor it only detects that the media is see through not the weight of it. Do you get a numeric error code? More likley the lighter media is not feed properly which adds a delay that the printer sees as a jam and stops.

Hi, I feed 90 microns sheet thru the same way as I do with the 100 microns sheet, problem is its only printing the 100 microns sheet, just a thing to when I start the printer it will print the 90 microns about 5 or 6 sheets, but it seems when the printer gets warmer it stops printing the 90 micron 🤷♂️ please I need wisdom on this matter it's driving me crazy 😁
