My ink cartridge remains docked at the right side of the printer

@dummyncc, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

It seems like the print carriage is stuck. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays

Make sure there are no papers jammed inside the printer.
