My printer HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e has a paper jam. I am not able to remove the jammed paper. After opening the front door, I cannot lift the upper section to reach the handle inside to check on the jammed paper. I tried to reach out from the back of the printer to remove the jammed paper but in the process, a white plastic strip that rolls the paper out got detached. Any help with this to fix the issue is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
