I have used so many different kinds of papers on my HP printer for years and they've always printed perfectly. I got 80 lb linen paper and every time I try to print on it, the image comes out cropped on top, although the size of the paper is 8.5x11. I have used different kinds of linen in the pat and have never had this issue. When I would send the same image to print on regular paper there would be no cropping at all. Has anyone else experienced this problem, and if so, what is the solution?

Hi @EdenPrinter,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
Were you using the same linen paper before and worked normally?
You may refer to the documents below and see how it goes.
Unexpected Text Prints
Print quality issues
Also, update the Firmware
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
