Product: HP Color Laser MFP 179fwg
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey
I read in the manual that I can load up paper as weight as 200 g/m2. However, When loading my Color Laser MFP 179fwg with such kind of paper, the sheet is initially picked up, then it stops (paper jam signalled), and I can remove it by removing the paper tray and pulling the sheet (half-loaded into the printer).
I tried to select paper type both in the printer menu, and in the printing menu of my Apple application (Preview). I was able to select "Heavy weight" in both menus, but the result is the same paper jam.
Is there a way out? For example, manually load sheets of paper one by one?
