Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

I am trying to print full colour A3 posters but the paper keeps getting jammed. Sometimes it prints but has grooves and lines across it. If I print something with a predominantly plain border, there's no problem. The print cartridges are all new (now) the paper is 100gsm. I don't know if the ink makes the paper wet which causes the jam?
