We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
I can help you troubleshoot your HP DeskJet 2752 printer’s paper jam issue.
Turn Off and Unplug the Printer
- Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for about a minute before proceeding.
Remove Any Jammed Paper
- Open the input tray and check for any stuck paper.
- Gently pull out the jammed paper with both hands to avoid tearing.
- Open the cartridge access door and check for any paper inside.
- If there's paper stuck in the output tray, carefully pull it out.
Check the Paper Path
- Ensure that there are no small torn pieces left inside.
- Use a flashlight to look inside and remove any debris.
Reload Paper Correctly
- Fan the stack of paper to avoid sheets sticking together.
- Load only 10-25 sheets at a time.
- Adjust the paper guides snugly against the stack.
Reset the Printer
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
- Try printing a test page to see if the issue is resolved.
