Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I ordered inkjet photo paper glossy, 56lb for my hp officejet 5248 printer, it has trouble feeding the paper and when it does it won't print anything the paper comes out blank.  It prints fine on other photo paper.

I see that you are facing printing issues with your HP OfficeJet 5238 All-in-One Printer.

 

You may need to select the paper type as HP photo paper.

 

Please check the paper type settings from this document.
