Product: HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer

All of the sudden my printer is reporting "out of paper" when the print job is sent from my phone.  There is a solid AMBER light on the print drawer and the red X is illuminated.  In Settings/printers scanners on my MAC it states the printer is idle with a green light.  I have tried all of the cleaning and resets suggested on the HP site.  Anyone with any suggestions on how to fix it?  Of course, it's out of warranty and assuming a repair will be expensive.
