Product: HP Tango
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The paper is not feeding into my printer and says there is a paper jam when there is not. It tries to feed but left side does not move. My printer is not even 2 years old and according to technical support there is no authorized service or repair centers that exist at all! Even though the website has a virtual repair center that tells you it is to help find a place to get your printer fixed. And they have an find authorized service center near you option. Both do absolutely nothing when you try to use them!

the technical support told me there is no way to get my printer fixed and I have to buy a new one.

what kind of company does not offer any service for their products!!!
